Banco Finantia places bond loan launched by SIC

Banco Finantia is one of the banks that placed the bond loan launched by SIC in the amount of € 30 million. This operation offers investors an interest rate of 4.5% and has a maturity of 3 years.

This public offer for subscription of bonds started on June 12 and continues until July 4. The purpose of the operation is to diversify Impresa's financing sources and broaden the average debt maturity.

The initial value of € 30 million may be increased until June 28 if necessary. This issue is organized by the New Bank and CaixaBI and has, as well as Banco Finantia, ActivoBank, Banco Best, Banco Carregosa, BiG, Bankinter, CaixaBI, CGD, Millennium bcp, Montepio and the New Bank. All will distribute the SIC 2019-2022 Bonds. The admission to trading on Euronext Lisbon of up to 1 million bonds is foreseen, with the nominal unit value of 30 euros. The minimum investment amount is 1500 euros.
